There is a one time cleaning fee of $100.00 It is perfect for a couple or family of 5 and features a high balcony where you can sit and sip wine while enjoying the beautiful views of the Kona ocean and sunset. During whale season you can hear the humpbacks play in the water and watch them jump! At night you can watch the 'moon set'. Surrounded by local trees such as the monkey pod and Plumeria, you can really feel that you are in your own jungle escape. With a fully equipped kitchen and large covered side lanai, enjoy all the comforts of home yet feel miles away. The air in the evenings smells of sweet Plumeria and is a intoxicating touch. We know you will never want to leave! We also own and run Ocean Safaris Kayak rentals. Stay with us and receive 25% off your kayak adventure. Also check out our Volcano Rental, 'Fern Tree Hideaway' and receive 10% off if you stay at both.
Any rental damage done during duration of your stay must be reported to the innkeepers. Tenants must assume responsibility for any damage done to the rental. Please note that no children 5 and under are allowed. Also there are to be no pets ,or smoking on the property. Please do not wear shoes inside the cottages.
