- A $500 Reservation deposit is due 4 weeks prior to arrival date. Reservation deposit will NOT be refunded if cancellation is made later than 4 weeks prior to arrival date.

Further details about this villa rental
Housekeeping and cooking services is included. These services are provided by a couple that lives on the premises but in their own compound. An English speaking driver and guide may be requested for an additional fee of $40/10hr-day. A Spanish speaking only driver may be provided for $25/10-hr day. In both cases, there is an additional charge of $10/day for meals and $5/hr for extra hours. The dirver may sleep at the beach house his own quarters. If he is requiered to sleep away from the house, there is a $25/day for room charge. We can also pick you up from and to the airport at no charge for 4 persons and 4 pieces of luggage (40 lbs/ea max). For additional people the transportation cost to, or from, airport is $25/person/way (2 bags 40 lbs/ea max).
You have 2 options as far as meals is concerned. You can either purchase the necesssary supplies and prepare your own meals, with the assistance our household helpp, or you can ask us to provide you with prepared meals. The cost of the latter option is $45/day/ for adults and children 12 and over and $30/day/children under 12 years of age. In this case you will be provided with a menu from which to select. If you decide to prepare your own meals keep in mind that there are no grocery stores, or restaurants, in the near vecinity. The closest one would be in Leon (1 hour away).
This is a NO SMOKING facility and No Pets are allowed.
