This Beautiful 5Bdr Ocean View home is located on the Slope off Davis Bay pier in Davis Bay. Newly renovated and professionally decorated is in beautiful condition. This spacious home is the perfect place to spend a relaxing vacation. On the top floor there are 3(three) bedrooms with 2 bathrooms ( 1 ensuite) a large living room with a fire place and a sitting room and kitchen with spectacular views of the Georgia Straight and Nanaimo. There is also a large patio partly covered with a gas bbq, patio table and chairs. The uncovered patio area has two lounge chairs and table just to lounge and watch the cruise ships sail by. The first floor which also boasts breathtaking views has two (2) bedrooms, 1 bathroom, laundry, games room and storage (crab nets, fishing tackle, wagons, beach toys etc.). Sechelt town with its restaurants, shops, and cafes is just a 5min drive away. Groceries , cafe, beach, antique shops are just a 3 min walk to the pier.
