All rooms take advantage of the breathtaking views across the bay. The house comes equipped with central air-conditioning, wireless internet, cable television. There are three en suite bedrooms and one half bath. On the first floor is the master bedroom, sun porch, eat-in kitchen, living room with fireplace, dining area. The second floor has two guest rooms and a media room with flat screen TV. A unique beach house, great for entertaining or the perfect hideaway. The outdoor space is very private with beautiful bluestone patios and perennial gardens. Very secluded and unique.
All this is a short walk to community tennis courts and walking trails, or a short bike ride to Sag Harbor Village for shopping, restaurants, movie theatre and Jitney.
