Rate information for this Hinsdale house rental
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Security deposit of $400 is required in the form of a check before start of rental (refunded at end of stay).
A 50% deposit is required to secure reservation. Refundable with cancellation 3 weeks in advance. During peak season, only refundable if property is successfully rented to another party. Security deposit and remaining balance is due in hand 1 week before arrival.
Payment can be made via check or PayPal. A $5 service charge is added for Pay Pal transactions.
Cleaning is provided at an additional charge of $75 and is required at least once a week. Additional cleaning fees may apply if house is not left in reasonable condition or extra garbage pick up is required.
