Advance Payment: Guest agrees to pay Manager an Advance Payment in the amount $225. Advance payment is used to secure the property for advance reservations and is due at the time the reservation is made.
Final Payment: Guest agrees to pay Manager the final payment 60 days prior to arrival date. For reservations made less than 60 days prior to arrival, full payment is due at the time of reservation. -
A 5% cancellation fee will be applied to all reservations. For cancellations received within 60 days of arrival or after arrival date, all payments will be retained. If the subject property can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued less the 5% cancellation fee. There are no refunds for early departure. We strongly recommend guests purchase Travel Insurance if they are concerned about the risk of having to cancel their reservation due to family emergency, health, weather or other conditions. By proceeding with the booking, you acknowledge that travel insurance is recommended and is available to you. One such reputable travel insurance company recommended by many in the vacation rental industry is 'Insure My Trip'. Guest may choose desired plan, coverage, and pricing on web site.
Security Deposit: Guest agrees to pay Manager a security deposit in the amount specified on the reservation form and in the confirmation e-mail.
