Our Services: We offer 100% service to our guests. We are not rigid with check in and check out times. We like to accommodate our guests as much as possible. We live in London and are available up to a reasonable time of the day for any problem that could arise. Many of our guests like us to stock their kitchen before their arrival we do this free of charge. All our flats have computers with high speed internet complimentary. Two mobile phones come with the flat complimentary. Many of our guests are new to London and have many questions which is our pleasure to answer. We have a long list of references if asked.
cleanliness of our flats: All our flats are cleaned to perfection. When our guests enter the flat for the first time they can except to see the flat immaculate. The beds are made up with freshly ironed linens. The bathroom is sparkling clean with plenty of clean towels. Extra beds, cribs or high chairs are available if needed.
