'Casa Del Mar at Orchid beach' is a newly constructed home located in the exclusive Orchid Beach development, which is in walking distance of both the coveted West Bay beach and West End.Walk out the spacious deck and down the steps to a private, maintained beach with a dock with swim platform and one of the top rated coral reefs in the world. The Island-style home has high ceilings with wood floors throughout, fully stocked kitchen with granite-tiled countertops, full laundry room, and two bedrooms and bathrooms that were designed for privacy. Corian countertop and spa bathtub with separate shower and huge closet in the master suite with king size bed, and Queen size second bed and full bath make it a very comfortable home for up to 4 guests. All linens provided. The tropical land surrounding the house has lime, mango, banana and guava trees as well as bougainvillea and is home to many kinds of birds and Iguanas. The pristine waters with reef make this a nature lovers paradise!

Roatan is a beautiful bay island 30 miles off the coast of Honduras, 1 hour south of Belize. It is a diving and snorkeling paradise with calm, turquoise Caribbean waters. The island is newly discovered and so the incredible natural state is preserved and the atmosphere is peaceful yet with plenty of local restaurants, shopping, and amenities for tourists including water taxis, massage, boat excursions, etc. Area attractions include zip lines, gardens, glass bottom boat rides, horseback riding on the beach, excursions to nearby islands by boat, and many water activities.
