It's located about 5 km far from medieval village of Monteguidi, 10 km from Casole d'elsa, 18 km from Highway Firenze-Siena. The house is located right in the middle of the triangle cultural San Gimignano, Volterra, Siena, which can be reached in 30 minutes and is the right place for those who want a mix of peaceful moments and visits to the cities most striking of Tuscany. The property is fenced & comprises a swimming pool in front of the house and a big garden. The interior is comfortable & elegant at the same time. All the rooms are large & furnished with antiques. How to arrive: Leave the Autostrada del Sole A1 at FIRENZE CERTOSA and take the superstrada FIRENZE SIENA immediately to the right of the motorway exit. Drive along this road as far as the exit for COLLE VAL D'ELSA SUD leave it here and at the first roundabout drive towards Casole d'elsa . You will find other 2 roundabouts and after 1 particular bridge, you are now in the SS 541. After 8 km you will find on your left one petrol station and on your right a restaurant bar LA SPERANZA , immediately you have to turn on your right, following directions for CASOLE D'ELSA and MONTEGUIDI. Drive towards Monteguidi, and there you have to reach the restaurant IL PIATTOFORTE, just near the main road. At the restaurant you will find MARISA who will accompany at the farmhouse. From the main road to the farmhouse there are 5 km of unpaved road in good conditions but not suitable for sports cars.
