Boat dock and beach: 24' boat dock is included with this great rental property. The association beach has a sandy bottom and gradual slope, a must for kids. Boat dock is approx. 5 ft deep. Nice open lake (not a cove which creates murky water).
Restaurants and shopping: Meredith, Center Harbor, Laconia are all in close proximity of each other with excellent fine dining, great casual outdoor dining and many amusement areas for the kids.
