Perfectly situated just outside the Village of Lake George a short distance from picturesque Bolton Landing and all area attractions including Saratoga Race Track, Gore Mountain, Great Escape and award winning golf courses. Lake George is approximately 32 miles long and is nearly 2 miles wide. The shore line is beautiful and quiet and there are a lot of sandy beaches. Within 15 miles there are over 15 public golf courses. You can bring your own boat for water activities and fishing. Saratoga Race Track is 25 minutes away. Great Escape Amusement and Water Park is truly a big time amusement park experience, and The Magic Forest is great for young children. All of this within 3.5 hours of New York City.

The 2nd master bedroom has 1 queen bed, dresser, armoire and TV. =There are also sliders which lead to the newly installed paver patio with, of course, Adirondack chairs to enjoy the view of the lake. The third has two bunk beds, dresser, TV. Nearly every room has a gorgeous view of the lake. The main floor has a formal entry, galley kitchen, powder room, dining room, & great room with sliders to a covered or open deck so that rain or shine you can enjoy the fresh Adirondack air and fabulous views. This beautiful home is filled with modern conveniences like a cable TV , fireplace, iPod hook ups, high speed Internet access, DVD player, phone, & computer games. Outside are two sets of patio furniture and gas Weber grill. This is an ideal vacation home!

New visitors to the Lake George area are amazed by the number of golf courses
available to them. Within a fifteen mile radius of Lake George there are over fifteen public golf courses and amazingly 111 holes.
FISHING:
Bring your own boat, or charter one locally.Whitewater rafting and kayaking.
MOUNTAIN BIKING:
Gore Mountain ski slopes are open for biking in the summer and early fall.
MUSEUMS:
In Glens Falls, the Hyde Collection for fine art and the Chapman for local history. Both open year round. In Blue Mountain Lake (an hour’s drive), the Adirondack Museum offers extensive exhibits on Adirondack history. An all-day excursion. Open late May to mid-October.
DINNER THEATRE:
The Lake George Dinner Theatre in Lake George Village. Equity actors playing six days a week from mid-June to mid-October.
