The prestigious development of Calabay Parc is located on Highway 27, approximately five minutes from Junction 55 of the I-4 from which all the major attractions are accessed. Disney less than 15 minutes, Orlando Airport 35 minutes. Within five minutes drive you have access to supermarkets, restaurants,and fast food. Many local golf courses only minutes away. Furnished to an exceptionally high standard, this modern and spacious holiday home will provide all the creature comforts of home and more. Air conditioned throughout and cable TV in all rooms. The villa can comfortably sleep 8 people and is ideal for one or two families sharing a holiday together with its two master suites. The deck and pool area are an ideal place to sit and watch the sunset. Our home is truly a home from home.

Disney is approx 15mins, and Orlando International Airport is only 35mins. The local area near I4 is being continually improved with more stores opening almost daily, and it is only a short hop to US192 or International Drive (20mins) for a wider selection of shops and restaurants.

The ‘den’ is a second seating area with a sofa and TV - Ideal for families who can't agree on what to watch. New for 2006 is a smart Games Room so the fun can continue after the parks.
