Condo Details: This home was just completely re-decorated by a professional interior designer, with all new furnishings and is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy your vacation. Our second floor end unit, with two-car garage, includes a spacious living room, with a 50 inch flat screen HDTV and DVD player, a separate dining room, a kitchen with all new stainless steel Kitchen-Aid appliances and granite countertops, and a family room with a 37 inch flat screen TV. Sliding glass doors from the master suite, living room, and family room lead to the comfort of the lanai, with dining table, four swivel rockers, and a comfortable coach chair with ottoman.
Golfing Details: Copperleaf boasts a Gordon Lewis designed 18 hole par 72 layout, with five sets of tees ranging from 4200 to 7200 yards. The course is challenging, yet forgiving, with generous fairways and beautifully manicured fairways and greens. The golf membership can be transferred to you for $300, which entitles you and your spouse to play each round for just $65 each. All carts are equipped with GPS. From May 1 to October 31 play more than 40 reciprocal clubs for only the cart fee.
Convenient Location: Copperleaf is located 15 minutes from the airport, 5 minutes from the Miromar Factory Outlet Shops, just a few minutes from the new Coconut Pointe Shopping Center, and a 20 minute drive to Old Naples. It is only a short drive to the gulf beaches, with many dining spots, grocery stores and cinemas within a few miles.
Golf: Club privileges at Copperleaf also include use of a large practice facility for golf, including driving range, putting, chipping, and sand bunker areas. The 13,500 square foot clubhouse includes a full service pro-shop, dining room, meeting rooms, and casual dining. Tennis courts and newly constructed bocce courts are also available.
