A $500 security deposit in US Funds is required to hold reservation. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. - Small Dogs will be considered subject to approval. A non refundable pet fee of $200 is required in addition to the $500 Standard Security Deposit. We request a recent photo of the candidate, and require a veterinarian health certificate showing vaccinations are up to date. A monthly flea and tick treatment is recommended. 'Good Owner' rules apply. Further information regarding pets will be provided on Pet Addendum with Rental Contract.
