IMPORTANT Tips before your trip to Yucatan: : We accept credit card for reservation deposit only. Maid service available for $200.00 Pesos per service. Any reservation for the high season period Dec - Mar, can be transferable to an upgrade expensive available house. If this terms and conditions are not satisfactory to the client: We will refund the reservation deposit and totally cancel the future reservation agreement. The high season policy can be applied during the high season only. Remaining balance due upon arrival to the property in USD cash only. This unit does not have spices or any food storage in the kitchen. Therefore, making your groceries shopping just after your check in is very important! Please ask about weddings (Property Owner Approval is Required!) Special rates apply!
