- A per pet non-refundable fee of $25 is required for all pets. Pets must be pre-approved.
- A $300 refundable damage deposit is required at time of booking. Contracts will be e-mailed and signed with all our rental rules and payment details covered at the time of booking. Generally half the rent is due at time of booking and second half due 14 days prior to arrival. We will e-mail contracts to look over and approve before any reservation is confirmed.
- Weekly rental is from Friday to Friday. Check in is 3 P.M. and Check out is 11:00 A.M.
