This floor thru apartment is on the second floor in a privately owned entirely renovated 1905 townhouse. The large bedroom (19’X 12’) is furnished with a king-size bed, double closet, vanity and overlooks a quiet courtyard garden. The bathroom is fitted with a tub/shower and is tiled throughout. The granite counter kitchen has all the necessary utensils for cooking and a single brew coffee machine and dishwasher. The large sunny living room/dining area has 10-foot ceilings, three large windows, a faux slate fireplace and a flat screen TV with HBO included. Wireless High speed Internet provided.
