First time rental. Truly a home away from home in this spotless and beautiful year-round home located just over a half mile from several Dennisport beaches. Everything you need including sheets, towels, beach towels, beach chairs and a fully applianced kitchen with dishwasher. Cable, internet service and phone service which includes unlimited calls to anywhere in the continental US. Air conditioned with fans in every bedroom, kitchen and family room. Separate family and living rooms. Clean basement with washer and dryer is accessible from inside. Master has a new King bed, other two bedrooms each have two twins. Cable TV in the Master, family and living room. Beautiful deck with table, chairs umbrella and an awning for relaxing or enjoying a BBQ . Nice brand new gas BBQ for enjoying a late day picnic on the patio. Located on a quiet street away from traffic but only .7 mile to several Dennisport beaches. Sorry, non-smokers only and no pets. Home available long-term and off-season
