Rental Terms:: A 50% deposit secures dates of stay. Payment is due in full 10 days prior to date of stay. Our cancellation policy is as follows: •Cancellations received more than 72 hours in advance of the arrival date and time have the following options: A) If we are able to rebook the dates to another client then you may take a full refund of all funds paid. B) If we are unable to rebook the week to another client, then you may either: 1. Use the payment as credit for any off-season rental date at any time or 2. Apply the full amount to any peak-season rental date that is still available within 4 weeks of the date of stay.

• Cancellations received within 72 hours of the scheduled arrival time (3pm on the date of arrival listed in the contract) will receive no refund, but may only use their credit for an off-season rental date (holidays excluded) • All cancellations must be received by email to the owner. The date/time stamp on the email will be used to determine the applicable cancellation policy. • Cancellations due to situations when the property has been rendered unusable as deemed by the owners (hurricane, flood, fire, etc.) will be given full refund of all fees paid. • Cancellation fees not used within 12 months of the original date of arrival will be forfeited in full

Your credit card will be held on file for any incidental charges, theft from or damage to the property. The property manager will conduct a post-stay inspection and inventory which you are welcome to be present for.
