Sleeps seven, hot/cold outdoor shower, barbecue area with gas grill, patio area, picnic table. Relax in the hammock. Set up a volleyball or badminton net in the large, level yard. Washer/dryer, all linens including beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, bikes, crabbing lines, board games, playing cards, cook books and magazines. Bring your jet ski or runabout and launch across the street at the private association ramp. Stroll down the road to Long Island Sound to watch incredible sunsets.
