Apple Dumpling is not part of a large commercial cabin complex, but is a unique, privately owned home situated on a 1.75 acre treed lot situated on a ridge near the base of a large mountain. It is seven miles (a 12 minute drive)from the heart of Pigeon Forge. It is convenient to Dollywood, Cades Cove, golfing, trout fishing and more. There are other homes/rental cabins in the area, but with Apple Dumpling's ridge location and the mountain forests, there is a feeling peacefulness and privacy that is hard to find elsewhere.
