Enjoy our newly renovated Home! Every thing is brand new! It is the first floor of a beautiful townhouse in the historic Bass River area of South Yarmouth. Fully-equipped kitchen and walk-in pantry; the great room is bright and includes a dining table for 6 and a living area with TV/DVD/VCR entertaining, high-speed internet, and an iPod docking station with speakers. There is also a 2nd sitting room in the front of the property surrounded by windows with a futon, perfect for overnight guests, a quiet reading area, or a 2nd entertaining space. The front deck has seating for a meal or entertaining and there is also a more private, charming fenced-in back yard with gas grille. Walk to restaurants and Dunkin Donuts for coffee. And, if you love to golf, the Bass River Golf Club is just around the corner. Less than 2 miles to the beautiful beaches of Nantucket Sound!
