The three first floor bedrooms are fresh, colorful and comfortable and all are equipped with ceiling fans or a/c. Outside, the covered patio area offers shade for relaxing while you chat with your friends swimming in the glorious private pool with waterfall. At night, grilling by the lighted pool is a tropical dream come true! Upstairs the 1000 sq. ft terrace offers breathtaking views of the coast. Accessed by the broad wrought iron staircase, the second floor library opens to panoramic ocean views. The adjacent master bedroom is huge with three sets of French doors leading to front and rear patios overlooking gardens and ocean.
