Booking is confirmed by the receipt of a 50% deposit. There is a $85 cleaning fee for the House Balance due 2 weeks before arrival.
For longer term rentals, weekly housekeeping visits are complimentary. The final housekeeping visit is $85.
Cancellations must be 2 weeks prior to arrival and are subject to a 25% charge or minimum one night rent.
