Golf: Edgewood country club, home of the celebrity pro-am tournament in July is just 2 miles away. Lake Tahoe Golf course is about 8 miles away. Other courses such as Genoa lakes and Incline village are only a short drive away.
Skiing: 10 minute drive to Heavenly valley and fabulous skiing
Boating and beaches.: It doesn't get much better than this without spending a fortune. You can throw a rock into the lake from the deck.
