Beautiful home with gas fireplace, wood floors, granite counter tops, and all new everything! Downstairs, there is an open floor plan - great for hanging out! The full basement has a dart board, pool table and ping pong table. Close to many ski areas-10 minutes to King Pine, 15 minutes to Cranmore, 20 min. to Attitash, 30 min. to Wildcat. Nearby, there's ice-skating, cross country skiing, ice-fishing, tubing, sledding, snowmobiling (State corridor #19 right outside the village). 10 minutes to great outlet shopping too! In the summer, enjoy swimming, paddling (use our canoe!), and fishing (the lakes are stocked with trout!) Wonderful quiet location for kayaking and canoeing. Basketball courts and playground in addition to 5 private beaches on 3 lakes within the Edelweiss, a private lake community. This is a really nice and comfortable house...you won't be disappointed.
