- The large master suite has a California King bed with a separate door out to the screen porch. The master bath offers a double vanity, garden tub and a separate enclosed shower. There are also separate his and her closets. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and closet with French doors that open out onto the front porch. The bathroom has a large vanity and separate stand up shower that can double as a powder room. The third bedroom has a child's daybed that can be substituted with 2 twin beds at your convenience. It also has a closet and French doors out onto the front porch. Its bathroom has a large vanity and tub-shower combination.

The kitchen offers the perfect setting for entertaining on your vacation. The layout is open and adjoins to the great room along with a breakfast area that is separated by an island breakfast bar with three swivel bar chairs for extra seating. The breakfast area has a large farm table for six and sits in a large bay window overlooking the pool. The kitchen has a walk-in pantry and an adjacent laundry room. Above the fireplace sits a wall mounted 50' plasma TV that can be clearly seen from both the kitchen and breakfast areas. Now that’s entertainment!
From the great room, double French Doors open out to an inviting screened porch overlooking the hot tub and pool. The pool area is very private and is enclosed by an 8 ft wall that wraps around the back of the house. The pool has steps at the 3 foot shallow end and a teardrop-shaped 6 foot deep end with seating ledge. A wrought iron table, umbrella and 4 chairs at the shallow end of the pool are perfect for serving meals. A small seating area with 2 chairs can be enjoyed for sunning or a mid morning coffee. A bistro table sits at the deep end of the pool offering a cozy retreat for a cocktail at sundown!!
