Rate information for this Cocoa Beach condo rental
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Rates- Weekly $1,000 to $1,400, Monthly $2,200 to $3,000 (Monthly add $75 for utilities) & 3/Day minimum $165 per night.
Special Rates- May of 2008 *$750 per week. WATCH FOR OTHER SPECIAL RATES !!
Rental period runs from Saturday (3:00 PM) to Saturday (10:00AM). A refundable damage deposit of $200.00 is required, by check or money order, to confirm your booking and the final payment is due 30 days prior to the rental period. Please add 11% Florida lodging tax and a cleaning fee of $90.00.
100% refund on deposits if cancellation is received 60 days or more prior to rental period.
No pets are allowed or smoking in the unit (except on balcony).
We will try to accommodate all your rental requirements, please contact us for special needs or additional information and details. Monthly rentals are available upon request.
