Comfortable and carefully decorated year-round house with all amenities. Large sunny terrace, private deck off master bedroom, bright spacious rooms with quality casual furnishings. Large sun room with cathedral ceiling, paddle fan, overhead shaded glass and all around sliding glass doors, lots of plants, air and sunlight. Great room arrangement of living room, dining area and kitchen, all open to one another.
The bedrooms: master suite and second bedroom on main floor, bedroom with half bath on second floor, and bedroom/library on lower level with outdoor exit and super sound proofing. All have firm and comfortable mattresses, reading lamps, bedside tables, plenty of closet and bureau storage. All linens are provided, including beach towels. Umbrella covered table and 8 dining chairs, charcoal grill and lounge chairs turn the terrace into another comfortable living space. Beach umbrella, beach chairs and boogie boards are in the shed where you can store your bikes and beach gear.
