The Garden: A hidden jewel on one of the most popular streets of Marina Vallarta, this elegantly remodeled home with extensive wood craftsmanship and quality furnishings is at once warm and inviting. Relax on one of the cozy balconies or take a dip in the garden pool; no matter where you are, experience the gentle breezes and wafting sweet jasmine from the surrounding lush tropical gardens.
The Villa: Oversized windows and terrace doors provide enhanced natural lighting and a spectacular view of the prolific gardens, the Sierra Madre, the golf course and other beautiful residences in the area. The living room is spacious and comfortable with terrace doors leading out to the pool area. There is enough room in the dining area to seat 6 comfortably and the kitchen breakfast bar is a great place to sit and visit while the cook is creating a delicious meal. The master bedroom has a deluxe queen-size bed, full en suite, large closet and a charming balcony overlooking the pool. The second bedroom has two twin beds that can be converted to a comfortable king-size bed, a spacious closet and a balcony looking toward the tree-lined street. In addition, there is a full bathroom with access off this bedroom.
The Area: By living in the Marina you experience close access to fabulous shops, numerous restaurants, banks, hair and aesthetic salons, the Plaza Marina food market, golf, tennis, boating activities and of-course, the natural beauty of its flora and beaches. If you prefer to have an evening or a day in downtown Vallarta then a taxi ride will cost you approximately $12.00 (120 pesos)
