Views and other noteworthy items.: Located on the 4th Floor at the front of the Ocean Tower building the Villa features full an ocean view to the right of the Lanai with a golf course view to the left. Directly in front of the Lanai is an empty parcel of land. Please note that until May / June construction vehicles will be parked on an allotted section of the empty land. Their operation is within reasonable hours only. On the leading edge of this building, your view to the ocean will be uninterrupted. The adjoining land offers you a level of privacy beyond that of other Villas.
