Marigot Bay has a long history as one of the Caribbean's safest
hurricane holes. The Moorings Yacht Charter Company runs a thirty
yacht fleet from its base on the South side of the bay. Also in season
the bay is frequented by Mega-Yachts, which are interesting to see.
Marigot makes a truly exceptional and beautiful holiday destination.
Swim from the sand spit beach in the blue warm waters of the
Caribbean. Sun bathe on the clean sand beach under gently rustling
palm trees.

Pelican House is located on a hill on the north side of the bay with
easy access to the bay's facilities. It shares the north side with a
few other private holiday homes, a small hotel and time-share
development. There is no general access to the hill, which makes
Pelican House private and tranquil enough for a really quiet and
restful holiday.
Around the Bay are located numerous fine Bars and restaurants. Shopping, Grocery, Bank, Spa,Sailing, Diving, Fishing, Snorkeling, Sunbathing,Biking, Hiking,Land and water Taxis, All this and more is just 2-5 minutes away from the deck at Pelican House
