His schedule is limited so be sure to ask about availability. Charges are in addition to, and separate from, the rental rate but do not increase the amount of your deposit. “Private Outdoor Guide” option Your private chef is also a New York State licensed guide and very familiar with all the fauna, flora and trails in the area and he is registered with the New York State Outdoor Guides Association.
