Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

During the months of February, March, April, May, June, September, October and November, Little Loj rents for $150 per night with a 3 night minimum or $900 for the week.
During the months of July, August, December and January, Little Loj rents for $175 per night with a 4 night minimum or $1,050 for the week.
There is a week minimum during the Ironman Competition (July), Christmas and New Year’s when Little Loj rents for $1225 for the week.
There is a standard security deposit which is returned to you after your departure, minus a cleaning fee, assuming the cabin is left in good standing.
Rentals longer than 1 week are subject to negotiation.
Pet policy: The only pets considered are mature dogs. If permission is given, there is an additional pet security deposit and a surcharge of $15 per day with a $75 maximum.
