Normal Rates:
Nightly Rates: $350 to $400/night.
Weekly Rates: $2600.00/wk.
Holiday Rates:
Nightly Rates: $475 TO $500 per night
Weekly Rates: $2800.00. -
Rental Tax of 10.5% will be added to all rentals.
$500.00 Security Deposit for nite rentals or $700 for Weekly
required to book (Refundable 7 business days after vacating).
$200.00 non-refundable cleaning fee.
$150.00 Non Refundable PET cleaning Fee -- NO EXCEPTIONS.
All rentals to be paid 60 days in advance of arrival or
immediately if less than 60 days prior to arrival.
Rental Contracts are required and will be Emailed after Money is
received.
Deposit will be refunded within 7 Business days after vacating
property.
Refund Policy:
$100.00 Cancellation Fee will be Charged.
60 days or more Prior to Arrival -- All Money (except Cancellation
Fee) will be Refunded.
31 to 59 Days Prior to Arrival -- 1/2 Money Refunded.
30 Days or Less -- All Money Forfeited.
All Refunds will be issued to the same Credit Card used at
reservation time.
