- The Master Bedroom has a king size four poster bed w/ TV armoire. The master bath has direct access to a private patio which adjoins the pool area. The Guest suite has a queen bed and bath area. It is a split bedroom home so both bedroom have adequate privacy. The ideal number of guests is four. We do have a den/office area and an inflatable mattress suitable for children, if desired.

The Seville Life!: Our home is situated in the prestigious community of Seville Golf and Country Club (check out their website) just minutes from Sky Harbor Airport or the Phoenix Mesa Airport in a gated subdivision. Seville has amenities most areas just dream about including private golf club, sports facility with multiple swimming pools, aerobic courts, weight machines, sand volleyball, tennis, basketball, walking paths, restaurant, bar, and terraces with moonlight and music! It is wonderful!!
Home Features: Our home features two Master Suites with private baths, a Guest Bath, Great Room with fabulous leather sectional and build in entertainment center (HDTV and large screen too!), an eat-in Gourmet kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances, Office/Den with high speed internet and build in desk for your working convenience (work is entirely optional and discouraged! just play, play, play!!), a two car attached garage and more! We have a heated pool, private lanai and lovely pool deck surrounded by lush tropical plants and stunning views of SG&CC and the SanTan Mountains.
