PAYMENT OPTIONS: PAYMENT OPTION 1 All payments can be made thru PayPal. PAYMENT OPTION 2 You can arrange to pay the deposit in COL pesos to our Administrator in Cartagena and the balance at the time of arrival. Please note a $100 security deposit will be required to be paid to the administrator at the time of arrival . Providing nothing is broken or missing the security deposit will be returned to you at the time of departure.
DEPOSITS: 50% would be needed to hold the reservation and the balance would need to be made and clear 1 week prior to arrival. If you prefer, you can pay the full amount at once or pay the balance at the time of arrival in pesos to the administrator.
Cancellation & Return Policy: Two weeks or more prior to arrival a full-refund less $75 administration fee will be refunded to you. Less than 2 weeks prior to arrival no refund unless we can re-book the apt. for the same dates in which a full refund less $75 administration fee will be given. All cancellations must be via email.
Guest Book: Gabriel, 5 stars ***** The place is exactly as you see it on the website. It is an excellent place to stay in Cartagena! Great location, very nice, modern, and clean building. The apartment itself has a great view of the ocean and a nice breeze all day. Also has great security. I would definitely stay there again. It was very convenient.
