This 4.5 Star waterfront property rests atop a gorgeous bluff in Stanley Bridge overlooking the winding Trout River and rolling hillside. Welton Hill has three bedrooms, three bathrooms and an open concept living, dining and kitchen area. The waterfront kitchen and dining rooms have gracious floor to ceiling windows and a wonderful calming effect as you go about preparing your favorite vacation meals. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a king bed and en-suite bath while the second and third bedrooms both have queen beds. An additional full bath with double sinks is located just outside the second and third bedrooms. The extra rooms on the main level include a second family room with queen sofa bed, full bath & laundry area and a spacious deck. Welton Hill provides a propane fireplace, well appointed kitchen, bedding, towels, DVD player, two satellite televisions, a stereo and propane BBQ.
