One prime summer week -- August 24-31 -- remains available at this expansive family cottage, ideal for a family Cape Cod beach vacation. Or enjoy September, the best time of the year on the Cape, at off-season rates! Just cross the unpaved cartway and walk 300 feet down a sandy bath to a quiet, sandy private neighborhood beach. The owners seldom rent, so inside, this cottage is beautifully appointed and fastidiously maintained. Two spacious bedrooms on the main level have a king and queen, respectively. Upper level offers twin beds in one bedroom, and a second over sized bedroom with a queen bed, plenty of room for a Pack 'N Play, plus a walk out deck facing the Bay. Large, wonderfully landscaped yard with gardens and plenty of color in season. A separate shed features a game table for the kids and extra fridge, plus the outdoor shower. Sheets and towels included. September weeks also available at discounted rates.
