- Both bathrooms were newly renovated last year, stone tile walls and flooring. Faux painting was used throughout, making these rooms outstanding. There is a bath in one unit and a stand up large shower in the other. The ceiling lighting is with rheostat controls making the room effects special.

The ocean breezes wake you with a cool refreshing feeling every morning. The unit is on the top floor of a five stories high building. From the bedroom you can see the beautiful sculptured garden grounds and private lake with multi colored lighted fountain. The grounds at night time are a paradise of sight and sounds. From the bedroom you can see the beautiful sculptured garden grounds and private lake with multi colored lighted fountain that make the grounds a night time paradise of sight and sounds. Palm Trees And Scenic Walkways With Magnificent Night Lighting Complement The Total Package. The ocean breezes wake you with a cool refreshing feeling every morning. This is a 55 year or older community with a minimum three months stay. Yearly rentals are possible.
A personal note from the owner: When in residence: Tequesta still has a small town feel, all within walking distance is a major grocery store. There is also a 'True Value' hardware store, 'Radio Shack' boutiques, a library and post office are all nearby, within a half a mile. Just down the road is a state park called 'Jonathan Dickinson' which is unique to Florida, where time has stood still. Canoe trips, and wildlife abound along with jungle trails. It is a fascinating place that has an RV parking and outdoor activities. For the shopper in the family there is the world famous 'Whole Foods market', and 'City Place' which houses upscale shopping like you have never seen before. Every major chain store is there.
More personal notes from the owner : I personally like to walk down to the Jupiter Inlet and just watch the boats as they come in from a days catch of fresh fish which you can buy at the docks, or look at the magnificent yachts of very rich millionaire's as they go out to sea heading towards distant locations in far off locations. I cannot wait to retire so that I can enjoy myself in a location and condominium that is perfect for relaxation and a place they call 'the million dollar view'. Signed Captain Joseph
