Outside Comfort: You get at least 4 options on weather for each day - if there is a breeze, the deck has the least, and therefore typically the warmest spot. The dock can get some of the breeze, so if hot, then this can be refreshing. The beach gets more breeze than the dock so this could be the place to be. The lake gets the most breeze so on very hot days is the best place to be. So, depending on how hot or windy, you can find a great spot to relax. For great night fun, there is a chiminea (outside fire place). Fire wood is also on the property.

Inside Comfort: The downstairs bedrooms have the benefit of being half underground and are, typically, amazingly comfortable even on hot days. There are ample fans, celiing fans to keep the upstairs comfortable as well. There are multiple roof windows or sky lights in the living area. All furniture is recent and comfortable. The DR chairs rock and recline and are vinyl to handle wet bathing suits.

Boating: The dock is on a stream that is the source of bottled water, further up the hill. There is a waterfall a short walk away. The stream meanders it's way to the lake where the huge private association beach is. It's a 5 minute ride down the stream to the lake. You get lake access without the constant boat traffic pounding that some docks on the lake get. Plus, it's right in the back yard. Awesome. There's a boat launch at the association beach. The dock is about 30 feet long and can handle multiple tie-ups - boat, jet ski's, canoe's, etc. Much like the road, the stream is also quiet, so bring the fun. There are marinas around the lake that offer boat rentals, if you wish.
