Lake Winnipesaukee is beautiful year around, but the summer is the best! Much to do and see, from loon sanctuaries to water skiing canoeing/antiquing/bicycling. House is located on Long Island Lake Winni, a bridged island in the middle of the lake with a small sandy life-guarded beach - only 5 min from the house by car, or you can drive 10 seconds to the boat launch from the house, or walk down to lake 10 minutes. Also on incredible new bike/walk path. Many wildlife, such as deer and the beautiful woody woodpecker (about a ft tall with red head) are sometimes seen! Many great restaurants and golf courses with 15-25 min of house! Boat rentals available nearby kayaks and motor. Bring your boat, fishing rods and bathing suits, and make some great memories at Lake Winni!!!

3 br 2 bath ranch located on Long Island, an island in the middle of Lake Winni in Moltonboro, NH with a bridge! There are 275 islands on Lake Winni. You can drive onto about three of them - this is one! House is not on the water, but only 10 second drive to the lake or a 5 minute drive to the sandy life guarded beach. Great for kids or anyone! You must have a permit to go to this beach (I will give you one!) 20-25 min drive by car to Weirs Beach, water slides, etc. Many great rest in area and plenty to do, from boating (launch 10 seconds from house), fishing, swimming, golfing, biking, great path on road just built by town, public tennis court, hiking, kayaking, loon sanctuaries and more!
