Adorable village home tucked away behind Main Street in the quiet village of Cotuit on the Cape. On private road surrounded by woods, yet only 3/10 a mile to Ropes Beach. Home is sparkling clean and newly painted and totally comfortable and luxurious. Furnished and outfitted with quality - Crate and Barrel and Pottery Barn furniture, Garnet Hill or Ralph Lauren sheets and towels, All-Clad pans, etc. It's two bedrooms (one with Queen size bed, one with Full size), and a third bedroom/den with a twin bed and trundle. One bathroom, dishwasher, washer/dryer, outdoor shower, deck with gas grill, and even a sandbox if you have children. Includes beach pass which allows you to use public beaches in Barnstable County. Cable and DSL service also included. All of the beach equipment you could ever want. Within 1/3 mile is Cotuit Grocery, Cotuit Library, playground, free tennis courts, and Lowell Park for baseball games.
