Charmed Cottage is uniquely placed on 11 acres of private land at the end of the road and at the top of the mountain and is cradled on two sides by the mountain on which it sits, the rest is 'the view'.
Totally renovated from top to bottom and new on the market as of April 17, 2008. This charming cottage has wood ceilings and windows galore. It is situated on the mountain in such a way that it never gets the direct afternoon sun which keeps it perfectly cool during summer months. Beautiful plantings bring a bounty of floral surprises throughout the year. The natural stream and waterfall add to the beauty and relaxation of this cottage hide-away.
This property is not suitable for those with knee problems or health problems. Not wheelchair accessible. Stair risers are higher than normal and loft stairs are steeper than normal.

Rate information for this Fairview cottage rental
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Introductory Rates:
$250 per night (2-3 Nights)
$235 per night (4-6 Nights)
$1575 Weekly (7 Nights - additional nights beyond 7 are $220/Night)
$2875 Two Weeks (14 Nights)
$5000 Four Weeks (28 Nights)
Cleaning Fee: $125
Refundable Security/Damage Deposit $400
Rental Agreement must be signed -
Minimum Stay Requirements:
Two-night minimum: Jan 5 through May 31 and November 1 through December 20 (exception: Thanksgiving)
Three-night minimum: June 1 through October 31
Four-night minimum: Thanksgiving week beginning Wednesday through Sunday and Christmas week beginning December 21 through the New Year to January 4.
One-night may be booked if within two weeks of date required. A rate of $310 for the night plus all other fees, taxes and $400 deposit.
Fees & Taxes:
The cleaning fee is $125 per reservation. A 2% processing fee will be assessed on the rent amount only, plus 11% taxes on the rent amount only.
