Amenities: The house is fully furnished and equipped in addition to having: A/C in both bedrooms and living areas, 10 ceiling and floor fans throughout the property, stove-top oven, microwave, washer/dryer, TV (3), cable TV, DVD, VHS, music system, Grill/BBQ, a lounge hammock, full security system with alarm and even an Italian espresso maker. The L-shaped terrace is very spacious (has an outdoor shower for after the beach or pool) and overlooks a variety of fruit and palm trees. It boasts ample recreational facilities that include a pool, tennis courts, basketball court, full children’s playground and gazebo.
