Terms and Conditions:
1. A 20% deposit is required to secure a booking. (non refundable)
2. Balance of rental is required 8 weeks prior to arrival.
3. A $350 security/damage deposit will be required prior to arrival and will be returned 14 days after departure
providing no damage to property in anyway or anything missing.
4. Guest may cancel anytime up until 8 weeks prior to arrival after which the full balance will be due.
5. Stays booked for only 1 week during High Season will incur $125 cleaning fee.
6. Strictly no pets or smoking allowed in the Villa. Offenders will forfeit all of the security deposit if in breach of
this condition.
7. Pool Heat is optional at $28 a day
8. All prices quoted include 13% Florida Tax
9. Check in time is after 4pm

Windsor Hills itself offers fabulous amenities within the safeguards of a guarded gated community complete with Tennis/Basket/Volley Ball courts, various play areas around, one situated directly at the back of our home, a 10,000 sq. ft clubhouse with a very large lagoon style swimming pool with water slides, toddler pool and spa. This houses a games room, movie theatre and exercise room.
Florida Sight Seeing.: A car is imperative if you are going to stay in a Villa especially in Windsor Hills, there are so many places to go and things to see that are on your doorstep but are still a drive away. You are completely free to do what you please whenever you want and it's an ideal opportunity to go and visit some of Florida's stunning coastlines with miles of white sandy beaches and waterways. Tampa Bay is just an hour's drive away or there abouts where you can relax on the beaches or if you want excitement plus a bit of wildlife you must visit Busch Gardens which is more than just a theme park. Then there is Clearwater Beach which is located on Florida's West Coast, the Space Coast where you will find the famous Kennedy Space Centre and of course Cocoa Beach which is famous for its surfing. Epcot is lovely to walk around and see all the beautiful scenery in addition to its other main attractions, there is a lot of walking here though. Plus many shopping outlets for the discerning shopper.
