This Carriage House has kitchen, living room, dining area, and 1/2 bath on the first floor. Two bedrooms and a full bath are located on the second floor. Full-size bed in Master bedroom, twin-size beds in Guest bedroom and a pull-out couch in living room. Bedrooms lead onto a small balcony. Large deck has gas grill and it overlooks the ocean. Sleeps 4-6. This property also offers a second unit, a wing of a large Victorian home, which also sleeps 4-6 people and has an approach to the ocean. Inquire about details.
