This is a unique property, very large & roomy, with three US-King sized master on suites (ideal for 3 couples sharing), three lounges & large kitchen. Unlike most rental villas, the bedrooms do not simply open from a central lounge area. Friends and families sharing can enjoy space apart as well as time together!
Although constructed as a 5 bed, 4000 sq ft luxury villa, ‘The Palms’ has been professionally furnished as a large 4 bed for up to 8 discerning guests. It will appeal to those seeking a much grander than the typical 2000-2500 sq ft home. It has a large south-facing pool and deck area, not overlooked, within half an acre of beautiful, landscaped gardens. The home stands on an over sized corner lot. We also own the lot behind the house which is fenced and grassed for extra privacy.
Situated 1/4 mile in from the busy Rotonda Circle, in a quite, select residential area. Six golf courses within a couple of minutes drive. Wireless b/b, cable to all 5 TVs.

Rotonda is situated on the Cape Haze peninsular west of Charlotte harbour, between Venice & Sarasota to the North and Naples to the South. From the air, it appears to be a perfect circle, two miles from the coast and about three miles in diameter. It is divided by its canals and infrastructure into eight segments, with a blend of high-calibre homes, lakes, golf courses and green belt. Voted amongst the top 10 ‘best places to live in the USA’, this area is a great base to explore the real Florida, providing easy access to the towns of Venice, Sarasota, Port Charlotte, Punta Gorda, Fort Myers, Naples and The Everglades. Tampa and Busch Gardens are an hour and a half to the north. Orlando and the many other theme parks, such as Disneyworld and Universal Studios, are 2.5 hours drive. Often visitors choose a hectic 2 or 3 day trip away to the Orlando theme parks before returning again to unwind and relax. Enjoy the year-long warm climate and waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
