FRIDAY TO FRIDAY !! ON THE OCEAN !! Wonderful older Cape Cod on great family street. Views FROM SECOND FLOOR DECK UNBEATABLE! THIS IS OCEAN FRONT BUT renters must know that ocean views on the first floor are obstructed by 60 year old DUNES. Wake up to the sights and sounds of the Atlantic Ocean 50 yards from your front door! By March of every year our beach house has always rented. (As of Jan. '08 rental agencies list rentals only Sat. to Sat. so, our house is no longer offered by any agencies) Home has private side yard and sandy front yard, good for games and/or barbecuing and eating meals outside, good too for baby pools. Two TVs, Internet access, air conditioning units on both floors (rarely needed due to ocean breezes), outside shower, washer/dryer, ceiling fan, dishwasher, grill, phone.

FIRST FLOOR: Front Bedroom- Twin beds facing ocean with small closet and set of drawers. Back Bedroom- Twin beds facing west with small closet and set of drawers.

Notes: As former renters for over 20 years we now have our own home to offer people to use as their vacation home!Historically on LBI, it is commonplace for tenants to bring their own bed linens, towels, and food supplies. Upon your arrival there should be, left by us or the previous tenants, basic supplies (spices, tp, paper towels, etc.) that allows you to get through the first couple days. We have a maintenance man on hand to fix any problems that renters can't. This s a comfortable home to be in so close to the ocean...and we have several re-peat renters.
