Villa and Clubhouse: Tuscan Hills is a Gated Resort Home Community with 90 Courtyard Villas and 70 Estate Villas, each with its very own 26 X 13 Screened Private Pool and beautiful landscaping. Tuscan Hills is Mediterranean in design with Spanish style architecture, terracotta rooftops and interlock driveways. It boasts of a gorgeous 2700 Sq. Ft. Clubhouse that has a Fitness Room, Children's Indoor Play Room, a Large Lounge, and a Covered Lanai looking out over a Tennis Court, Sand Volleyball, Tot Lot and Palm Garden. Our beautiful Villa is just over one year old and has all of the amenities of home and then some, including wireless Internet access and free long distance phone for Canada and the United States. Lots of games for the children and adults too.
Location: Our home is situated on Highway 27 just off the 192. If you are in the mood for a day at the beach, our Villa is within an hour of either Coast and only 10 minutes away from Walt Disney World Gates. It is conveniently situated within easy reach of all the theme parks, shopping malls and many Championship Golf Courses. There are many shops and restaurants situated just two minutes down the road including a large Publix Supermarket, an excellent Walmart Superstore, Parmacy, Gas Station, DVD, Cafe and many near-by Beauty Salons.
